Down a flight of stairs off Jupiter Street in Bel-Air, ABV is a basement cocktail bar and feels like one. Low ceiling, low light, quiet enough to talk. You'd walk right past the door without knowing.

The drinks are the reason to bother. Get the Matcha Fizz, the White Lady, or Buckey's Old Fashioned. Prices are on the higher end for Makati. Music sits in the background instead of running the night.

It's an older crowd than the Jupiter clubs, couples on dates and people who came for a properly made drink. Small groups, not barkada takeovers.
