In the basement of Makati Central Square — the old Makati Cinema Square — TAB is a dining and music lounge that doubles as a gallery, with work by local artists on the walls and for sale. Pendant lights, polished wood ceilings, deep chairs, round tables. The kitchen runs Taiwanese and Mediterranean, the wine list is the point, and it's eighties and nineties on the speakers all night. Built for people who want to hear each other talk.
