Agimat at Ugat

Drinks here come with a story and a bit of a performance. Agimat at Ugat is a cocktail bar in Poblacion built around Filipino folklore, using foraged local ingredients. It's a bucket list kind of night, not a quick one.

Order the Gayuma ng Paraiso, the Anting Anting ni Malvar, or the Agimat ng Sawi if you want the full dramatization. There's a whole line of drinks built on local liquor, and the cheesecake is worth getting. Cocktails sit around P500. No loud music, the drinks are the show.
