The Scene
Out in Tikay, Barr 1900 is a restobar built for long tables and longer nights. Malolos has plenty of places to drink, but this one is easy because you can just show up, sit down, and order. Casual all the way through.
Beer is what you'll see on most tables, with food to go with it so you're not drinking on an empty stomach. Ask what's good that night, the staff will tell you straight. Music's usually a mix, kept at a level you can talk over.
Barkadas make up most of it. Young locals, workmates unwinding, and regulars who come back weekly.
