Up on a roof near Remedios Circle, Cafe Roo is part cafe and part bar. City skyline in front of you, soft lights, easy seats. It's the kind of Malate rooftop that looks like a K-drama set, which is half the reason people come up.

Cocktails and cold beer, plus pizza and pasta if you want something to share. Nothing fancy, it just works for a long night. Music's low enough to talk over. It opens at 3PM and runs to 5AM, so you can start your night here or end it here.
