Chiliheads Resto Bar

Kapitolyo is full of resto bars and Chiliheads is one of the easy ones. Casual inside, nothing fancy, built for a table of friends and a lot of orders. You walk in as you are.

Food does the heavy lifting here, the kind of thing you eat with cold beer in front of you. There's no long cocktail list to work through. You order beer, you order pulutan, you keep going. Music's just there, not loud.

Barkadas take up most of the room, plus people from the offices and condos around Pasig. It's a place you end up at, not one you dress up for.
