Club Louie JTV is one of the newer KTV places in Malate, and it shows. Private suites, good sound, screens that actually work. There's a dual karaoke system, so you're not stuck with one songbook. It sits on the pricier end, so dress smart casual.
Full food and drink service comes to the room, so you can eat and sing without going anywhere. Staff get a lot of praise here. They check on you without hovering, and they'll sort out the room before you have to ask. Doors open 8PM and it runs till 4AM.
Mostly groups out after work, plus a fair number of foreigners. It's a book-a-room-with-friends kind of night.
