Concho's

Lilac Street is Marikina's food strip, and Concho's sits on the second floor above it. The al fresco area is the good part. You get a table by the rail and watch the street while you eat.

It's a restobar, so the food comes first. The sisig is what people order, pork done properly. Drinks are beer and the usual mixes, nothing fancy, and prices stay mid-range.

Fridays and Saturdays are the busy nights. Mostly Marikina locals, families early and barkadas later. Plenty of people come for dinner and just keep ordering rounds after.
