The Scene
Marikina's old-school dance club, Star Palace has been near the Gil Fernando area for years. It's a straightforward dance floor and bar setup, open every night from 8PM until 5AM, and it doesn't pretend to be anything trendier than that.
Music is house, hip-hop, EDM and the usual mainstream stuff, loud enough to keep the floor going all night. Prices sit in the middle. No complicated menu here, you order drinks and get back to dancing.
Friday and Saturday are when it fills. Local crowd, Marikina regulars and barkadas who've been coming for years. Casual, nobody dresses up.
