Lilac Street in Marikina is a food strip, and Granik's Bar & Resto is the restobar version of it. Nothing fancy, just tables, cold beer and a menu people actually order from. Open from 11 in the morning until 11 at night.

Get the pepper rice or the crispy pata. There's pakbet and buttered shrimp too. It's the kind of place where one round turns into three because the food keeps coming.
