KALMA Bar & Grill

KALMA is an air-conditioned bar and grill in Parang, Marikina, which matters once the band starts and the room fills up. It's a straightforward restobar. Tables, cold beer, a stage, and enough space that you're not squeezed in.

Food is Filipino, mostly grilled pulutan meant for sharing. The beer selection is solid and they do cocktails too. Live bands start around 7PM playing OPM and whatever everyone knows the words to. Open from 11AM most days, closed Mondays.

Neighborhood crowd, mostly locals and office groups winding down. Families come early, barkadas take over after dark. Friday and Saturday run the latest.
