Up on the roof with the lights spread out below, Last Night Rooftop Bar is where you go when you want air. It's in Santa Rosa, Laguna, open from 10AM if you want it quiet, though it's better after dark.
Beer and simple cocktails, plus food if you get hungry. Nothing complicated. The music stays at a level where you can talk across the table, and the view does most of the work anyway.
