Three floors of pink neon above West 32 in Poblacion, and there's no entrance fee. Tables on the first and third floors, dance floor in the middle. The third floor balcony has the city view, so that's where you go when you need a break.
Cocktails are around P300 and beer is P100. Mainstream music, the stuff everyone already knows. There's bar food if you get hungry. Skip the P100 water.
Notorious HQ is open Wed, Fri and Sat only, 9PM to 3AM. Young crowd, mostly barkadas, sometimes a celebrity in the corner. Watch your phone, people have had them lifted.
