The Scene
Pasilyo Artist Tavern is a restobar in Biñan with a bit of an artist streak to it. It opens at 7PM, Tuesday to Saturday, and runs to 2AM. Casual inside, plenty of character on the walls, easy to settle in for a few hours.
Beer and pulutan do the heavy lifting. Order for the table and keep going. Live music and acoustic sets are part of the deal here, so expect someone playing while you drink.
Barkadas, students, and people who came for the music. A friendly crowd that claps for whoever's on and then goes back to talking.
