You can walk into Puesto Bar and Lounge at 10AM or at 2AM and it works either way. It's a lounge in Los Banos, Laguna, a step nicer than the student spots nearby. Comfortable seats, low lighting, room to actually sit.
Cocktails and beer, with food if you're making a night of it. Ask the bar what they're good at. The music stays soft enough for a conversation, which is the point of a place like this.
