The Scene
A speakeasy in Kapitolyo that people keep telling their friends about. RM-16 is small and dark, and the bartenders actually talk to you. Open Wednesday to Saturday, 5PM til 1AM, closed the rest of the week.
Cocktails start around P300 and go up to about P500. Get the Spice Berry, it's the signature one. The bar food is good too. On Saturdays there's a DJ mixing current pop with throwbacks over a house leaning set, and the room picks up.
Kapitolyo locals, young professionals from Ortigas, and couples. It's pricier than the rest of the street, but nobody seems to mind.
