SalVaje Bar Cafe & Restaurant

Part cafe, part bar, so you can show up for coffee and end up drinking. SalVaje in Imus opens at 5PM and runs to 3AM, which covers the whole night. Inside it's relaxed and low key, nothing trying too hard.

There's food if you get hungry, and beer is the easy call. Nothing here is complicated or expensive looking. The music stays at a level where you can still talk across the table.

Locals and young barkadas make up most nights, with a few couples and workmates coming straight from the office. Later and louder toward the weekend.
