A San Pedro grill-and-bar (recently rebranded Sinangag Republic) with cold beer, a clean restroom and welcome working AC. Grilled and Filipino plates are the draw, though one diner hit an over-breaded tonkatsu. An accommodating floor team rounds it out. Open till 3AM, Tuesday to Sunday.

Rice is in the name, and that tells you what kind of night this is. Sinangag Central is a San Pedro grill bar open 5PM to 3AM, closed Mondays. Plastic-chair comfortable, loud in a good way.
Beer by the bucket, rice plates and grilled pulutan to go with it. It's built for long sessions and late orders. Mixed drinks exist, but beer is what the room is drinking. Music's loud enough to sing along to.
