Tipsy Cow is a bar and grill in Dasmarinas that opens at 10AM and closes at 2AM, 3AM on weekends. Casual place, grill smoke and cold bottles. You can come for lunch or stay past midnight and both feel normal.
Grilled food and beer is the whole play. Order for the table and keep going. It's cheap enough that a long night won't hurt in the morning. The music's on but you won't be shouting over it.
Barkadas take most of the tables at night. Families and office lunches earlier in the day. Friday and Saturday are when it actually gets full.
