The Scene
The name says wings and beers, and that's honestly the whole idea. After Nine Bistro sits in Tagaytay and opens at 4PM, running to 1AM most nights and 3AM on Friday and Saturday.
Wings and a cold beer is the order. There's more on the menu if you want it, but nobody drives up here for anything else. The music stays at a level where you can hear your own table, which is the point of the place.
Friend groups and couples up for the weekend, plus locals who treat this bar as their regular. It's cool at night, so people sit outside and stay.
