Straight across from the Cloud 9 gate in Antipolo, Don Rafael is a two-level resto-bar built around the view. The deck looks out over the lake and the city lights. Out back there are kubo huts with videoke, big enough for a group of 15 or 20. Open daily, 7am to 3am.
It's cheap, and the food is regular Filipino resto fare. Nothing specific to point you at, but you won't spend much. The soundtrack is whatever your group is singing in the hut.
Families during the day, then barkadas and couples at night. Friday and Saturday are when it fills up.
