Antipolo is Metro Manila's overlooking-bar capital. Drive up the Sumulong Highway ridge and the whole metropolis spreads out below you — a corridor of view decks and garden restobars where the city lights are the main event. Cloud 9's panoramic deck, rooftop bars, live-band cafes like Cafe Lupe and cliffside videoke huts. Go up for sunset, stay for the skyline. Bring a car (or a brave grab driver).
