Look for the red door at Shangri-La The Fort in BGC. Behind it, Hotel Bar is three rooms in one: a cocktail counter up front, a hip-hop room with a DJ in the middle, and a quieter jazz lounge at the back. You pick your mood and move between them.
Order off Pinky's menu, she's the bartender everyone talks about. Cocktails sit around P500, and there's Chimay Blue if you want beer. The chili dog and tuna tartare are worth getting. Friday and Saturday the DJ room fills up.
