The Scene
Monarch Manila in Legazpi Village is basically three places in one. There's a sports side with pool, darts and beer pong, a dance floor, and a quieter corner if you just want to sit. It's smart casual and a bit upscale, but nobody's stiff about it.
Cocktails are around P500 and beers P300. The food is genuinely good, so get the onion rings, the smashburger taco or the beef salpicao. Live bands play through the week, and Friday and Saturday are when the club side really goes.
