Come at 5PM if you want the sunset. oaktop is an open-air rooftop bar in Tomas Morato built around a big oak tree, and the whole place is open enough that it never gets stuffy. At night the lighting is why everyone pulls out their phone.

Cocktails are about P400, beer P240, and happy hour is buy one take one. Get the Classic Margarita. People say skip the fish and chips. Music stays in the background, nothing you have to shout over.

Lots of couples, plus small groups who just want to sit outside and talk. Sundays are quieter if that's what you're after.
