The indie OPM scene in Makati has run through SaGuijo for years. It's small, dark and loud, with a smoking area out back. Cover is P200 and there's a band on most nights, so check their Instagram before you go.
Beer is P90 and they've got local options now. Cocktails around P150. Filipino bar food if you need something in your stomach. The sound is the point here, not the drinks.
