Look for a black door with a tiny grasshopper on it, no sign, in Legazpi Village. Inside, The Grasshopper Bar is small and quiet, the kind of room where you never have to raise your voice.
The whole cocktail menu is built on Filipino ingredients, things you'd recognize from home cooking. Ask Aldrian, Vincent or Jonathan what to try and let them pick for you. Drinks are around P400, beer P240. The snacks are Filipino too and made to go with what you're drinking.
