Twenty eighth floor, about twelve seats, and the Ayala Avenue skyline out the window. Whisky And Cigar Bar in Legazpi Village is tiny on purpose. It's a lounge for sitting down with a whisky and a cigar, nothing more complicated than that.
The single malt list is the reason to come and it keeps changing. Drinks are about P500, beers P400, and there's a P500 charge to get in. Cigars run cheap to serious. Light bites if you want something to eat.
