Up on the third floor in Poblacion, Banter and Jive is easy to miss if nobody tells you it's there. It's a small cocktail bar, warm lighting, quiet enough that you can actually talk.
Don't overthink the menu. Tell the bartender what you usually drink and they'll build you something, around P600. Beers are about P360. Music stays low in the background, so nobody has to shout.
It's mostly a date night crowd, plus small groups who came to drink something good and stay a few hours. Not a place you go to dance.
