Floral cocktails built on tea and gin, out in Diliman. Bar.Flora changes its menu in volumes and just moved to Volume 3. The drinks look and taste like someone thought hard about them. Small room, and it fills up from 8PM.
Cocktails are around P400 and beer P240. Order the Tokyotini in winter or the matcha lime shots. The third row of the menu is the strong stuff, so pace yourself. The food is good, get the kung pao bao. Closed Mondays, open 6PM the rest of the week.
