The Scene
Up the stairs above Pino on Maginhawa, Mugen Bar is easy to miss. Small, dim, no fuss. It's one of the few places around Diliman still open at 4AM, and the smoking area has real seats instead of a plastic stool on the street.
Cocktails are about P300. The Yip Yip and the Peach Oolong Fizz are the signatures, and the flavored sake bombs are the group order. Spam fries and nachos when you need something to eat.
Open Tue to Sat, 8PM to 4AM. Mostly students and locals from around the area, plus people who didn't want to go home yet.
