Bibio is a small natural wine bar in Poblacion with a kitchen that actually tries. It's stylish but comfortable, and it works fine if you're eating on your own at the bar.
Glasses run about P400. Ask for the natural Sancerre, or get the Paloma if you'd rather have a cocktail. Food is the reason to stay. Croquettes to start, then the lamb ribs, the beef flat bread or the fresh pasta. There's a feed me menu with wine pairing if you don't want to decide.
Open from 4PM daily. Mostly couples on dates and thirtysomethings who came to eat and drink slowly.
