Craft & Canopy only opens Thursday to Saturday, 4PM to midnight, so plan around it. It's a cocktail bar in Tagaytay, small and calm, with the cool air doing half the work. Good spot to start an evening rather than end one.
Cocktails are the reason to come. They're made properly, not rushed, so give it a minute. There's food if you get hungry, but this is a drinks place first. The music stays low enough that you can hear each other.
