One of the few Tagaytay spots still pouring after 9PM, and a genuine find for craft-beer drinkers, with small-batch brews on tap and a flight of three for around ₱230. The wagyu burger and wings deliver; the pulutan less so. Welcoming owners who make it feel like a community.

Craft beer is the whole point at Craftbeer Sanctuary in Tagaytay. Small bar, cool air because you're up in Tagaytay, and a beer list you won't find in the usual places downhill. Opens at 3PM and closes at midnight.
Ask what's on tap and go from there, that's the easy way to order. There's food to go with it if you're making a night of it. Music stays low so you can actually talk.
Mostly people up from Manila for the weekend, plus locals who care about beer. Older and calmer than a club crowd.
