Head up to the roof and you get the Manila skyline with Rockwell off in the distance. Dr. Wine is a French bistro downstairs and a rooftop wine bar up top, right in Poblacion. Good place to start a night or just stay all evening.
Sangria is the move, especially at happy hour when it's two for one. There's wine and cocktails too, and proper food, including steak tartar and foie gras. Live band some nights. Weekdays from 5PM, weekends from noon.
