Evolution Poblacion

Poblacion has plenty of bars that close at 2AM. Evolution isn't one of them. Thursday through Sunday it stays open till 8AM, so it's where the night goes after everything else shuts. Casual inside, dark, no pretense.

Drinks are simple and quick, beers and basic mixed drinks. There's food if you get hungry at 5AM, which you probably will. Music keeps going, loud enough to keep people awake.

The crowd is whoever's still standing. Bar staff off shift, people who lost track of time, expats and locals mixed together. Come early and it's quiet. Come late and it isn't.
