Hoesik Bar & Lounge

Poblacion has a lot of loud rooms. Hoesik Bar & Lounge isn't one of them. It's a lounge, dim and comfortable, with seats built for staying a few hours. It doesn't open till 9PM and runs to 5:30AM.

Drinks lean toward the nicer end, so expect to pay a bit more than the bars down the street. There's food if you get hungry. The music is kept at a level where talking still works.

It's a slightly older crowd, couples and small groups who wanted somewhere calmer. A lot of people turn up late, after the other bars have closed.
