Kampai

Poblacion · Lounge

HouseChillHigh energy$$$

Japanese izakaya-style bar. Neon-lit Tokyo alleyway vibe. Great yakitori, sake, Japanese whisky. Red Room party starts 11PM.

The Scene

Kampai does the Tokyo back-alley thing in Poblacion, neon signs and all. It's an izakaya-style bar, tight and loud once it fills up. Doors at 6PM and it runs till 3 or 4AM. The Red Room party kicks off at 11PM.

Cocktails are P350 with a happy hour discount earlier on, beer P210. The food is genuinely good. Kampai Steak Rice is P550 with a sous vide egg, and the Arabiki Sausage Omucurry is P500. Sake and Japanese whisky too.

Younger Poblacion crowd, people who came to eat and stayed to drink. Fridays and Saturdays after 11PM it turns into a party.
