NEO Café & Bar

NEO is a cafe in the afternoon and a bar at night, and in Poblacion that mix works fine. It's queer-friendly and genuinely relaxed, no dress code, no attitude at the door. You can show up at 1PM for coffee and still be sitting there at 2AM.

The signature cocktails are the reason to come and they're cheap for this street. All-day breakfast is on the menu too, so eggs at midnight is a real option. Music's easy and mostly there to fill the room. Closed Sundays.
