The Scene
Rosie's Cocktail Lounge sits in Poblacion, so you can walk there from wherever you started the night. It's a club, loud and dark, and it gets packed once the floor fills up. Doors from 8PM midweek, a bit later on weekends.
Drinks are the usual club lineup, beer and mixed cocktails, nothing complicated. Music is house, hip-hop and EDM with enough mainstream tracks that everyone knows the words. Friday and Saturday it runs till 4AM.
The crowd is young, mostly barkadas and people bar-hopping around Poblacion, plus a few expats. Come late. It doesn't really get going early.
