The Scene
Four floors up, next to Hummus Elijah in Poblacion, SOS is a rooftop bar that opened in 2025. City lights, open air, and a bit of a climb since it's all stairs. Reserve if you want the upper floors, they hold them even on quiet nights.
Food is where it shines. Steak fries first, then truffle fries, ribeye or the risotto negra. Cocktails are around P400 and beer P240. The music selection gets good marks and the staff are friendly.
Open Wednesday to Sunday. Mostly groups and couples who want a rooftop table and food that beats normal bar food.
