A newer Tagaytay bar-and-restaurant that's found a niche as a fight-night venue — regulars gathered here for Crawford vs Canelo. Friendly staff, a decent beer lineup including San Miguel Super Dry, plus sandwiches and coffee. It also pops up at the Tagaytay weekend market. Open till 1AM on Saturdays.
The Scene
Doors open at 1PM, which tells you what kind of bar this is. Station 15 works as a late lunch spot in Tagaytay and turns into a drinking place by night. It's casual and a little rough around the edges, and nobody's dressing up for it.
Food and drinks come off the same menu, so you can order beer and a real meal in one go. No cocktail list to speak of, just the standards. Music stays in the background.
Families early in the day, barkadas later on. Saturdays run to 1AM and get louder as it goes.
