The Scene
A cocktail bar in San Juan that takes the drinks seriously, The Bishop is small and dark and open six nights a week from 5PM. It's not a big room. Get there early on a Friday if you want a seat at the bar.
Cocktails are the reason to come. Classics done right, plus whatever the bartenders are into at the moment. Just ask what they'd make you. There's food to keep you going. Music's low enough to talk over.
The crowd is thirties and up mostly. Couples, people winding down after work, and regulars who sit at the bar and stay put.
