San Juan

San Juan is the smallest city in Metro Manila and it drinks like it — no strip, no scene, just a handful of good rooms tucked between Greenhills and the Mandaluyong border. What's here tends to be the neighbourhood kind: cocktail spots that locals keep to themselves rather than places you'd cross the city for.
