The Spirits Library

It's an old house in Poblacion with a two story wall of bottles behind the bar. People say it's the biggest spirits collection they've ever seen, and it's hard to argue. The Spirits Library is a speakeasy, so it's dark and quiet inside.

Cocktails run around P500 and beer about P300. Ask for something off the historic cocktails menu and let the bartender walk you through it. During Cocktail Week there's a special menu. Some nights there's live jazz. Open daily 6PM til 3AM.

Mostly people who care about what's in the glass. Couples, small groups, and a few regulars parked at the bar.
