Tipple & Slaw in Katipunan is a restaurant downstairs and a bar upstairs, where there's a DJ and people dancing later on. It's a bit nicer than most spots around here, but the prices stay fair.
The Katipunan Fried Chicken is the thing to order. Nachos come loaded with keema beef, and there's steak and rice, corn sides and gelato after. Cocktails are around P250, cheaper at the mid day happy hour. Go easy on the keema if salt bothers you.
