Five flights of stairs and no elevator, but the climb pays off. TOPIC is a two-storey rooftop bar in Poblacion built for house and techno, open air with a smoking section. If you're into underground dance music in Manila, this is the place.
Cocktails are around P350 and beer P210, fair for a club at this level. Bar snacks if you need something. Saturdays bring guest DJs, check their Instagram for who's playing that week.
Locals and foreigners mixed, everyone there for the music. Shorts are fine for guys, but slippers and flip-flops will get you turned away.
