Eighties retro rooftop in Poblacion, checkerboard tiles and neon, city lights all around. From the street Ugly Duck looks like a classy little bar, then you get upstairs and it's a party. Free entry most nights.
Wednesday is K-pop night. The food is Filipino tapas and it's cheap. Get the charsiu croquettes, kebab dynamite and kimchi fried rice, or the ribeye salpicao. White champorado croquettes for dessert. Cocktails are about P350, beer P210.
Mostly young barkadas, and a big K-pop crowd on Wednesdays. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Saturdays it opens at 2PM if you want an early start.
