Up on the roof of Z Hostel, this is the backpacker bar in Poblacion that never actually closes. Open 24/7. Karaoke, beer pong, DJs some nights, and a view over the neighborhood. Walking tours start from up here too.
Beer is around P90 and cocktails P150, so it's cheap for the area. If you're staying at the hostel you get a welcome cocktail free. Karaoke is the thing most people come back for.
