Pasay & Parañaque Bars & Clubs
7 venues · Updated November 2026
Pasay and Parañaque are where the casino resorts are, close to the airport and the bay. Newport World Resorts sits across from NAIA Terminal 3. It has three bars: Bar 360 for live bands, The Whisky Library for single malts, and The Grand Bar & Lounge for OPM bands and dancing. Further along the bay, Seascape Village has Tora Tora Superclub, and Good Boyz pours cocktails on Roxas Blvd until 7AM. In Entertainment City, Cove Manila at Okada is a pool club under a glass dome. It's pricier than Malate, and the dress code is smart casual.

Getting to Pasay & Parañaque
Grab is the easy way around. There's no train that drops you at the door of these places.
From Makati, Newport and Okada are about 20 to 30 minutes. From Malate it's 15 to 30 minutes, depending on which one you pick.
The resorts have big parking lots. Bar 360, The Whisky Library and Cove all validate parking.
Before you go
Pick your night by what's on. Bands play at Bar 360 and The Grand. Tora Tora opens Wednesday to Saturday, and Cove books DJs on its own schedule.
The Newport bars close at 2AM. Tora Tora runs to 5AM, and Good Boyz goes until 7AM.
Smart casual is the safe choice everywhere. The casino dress code is strict, so skip the shorts and slippers.
Cards and GCash work at the resort bars. If you're staying there, you can bill your room.
The resorts are easy and safe since you stay indoors all night. Use Grab between places, not a walk along Roxas Blvd.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the best area in Pasay for bars?
Newport World Resorts if you want bands and a good whisky, all under one roof. Seascape Village if you want a superclub, with Tora Tora on the bay side of Roxas Blvd.
Are there bars near NAIA?
Yes. Newport World Resorts is right across from Terminal 3, with Bar 360, The Whisky Library and The Grand Bar & Lounge. They're open until 2AM.
What's the biggest club in Parañaque?
Cove Manila at Okada. It holds 4,500 people and has a pool in the middle. It's mid renovation in 2026, so check their IG before you go.
Is Pasay expensive for a night out?
More than Malate, yes. Bar 360 charges ₱1,000 at the door, and cocktails at Cove are around ₱500. Tables at the superclubs go on bottle service.
What's the dress code at the casino bars?
Smart casual. Long pants and closed shoes for guys, and no slippers for anyone. Cove also bans shorts and sleeveless tops for men.
How far is Pasay from Malate?
Close. Seascape Village is a short Grab down Roxas Blvd, and Newport is about 30 minutes. Plenty of people start in Malate and finish in Pasay, or the other way around.
